Monches Farm Dried Flower Workshops 2004

Greetings to all! Our class samples are now ready!* Workshops will once again be held on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. They will run about 2 ½ hours and will include all materials except CLIPPERS (we ask that each participant bring along a pair of clippers).

If the class you are registering for is already filled we will notify you and if there is enough interest we may add sessions.

We can no longer accept cancellations as we need to order materials in advance,

but you are welcome to have a friend come in your place.

Class #1: Heart Wreath $38.00 + tax Saturday, Feb. 7^th, 1:00-3:30

Create a 9” heart-shaped wreath, abundant with 60 pink roses, then embellished with sheer ribbon.

Class #2: Boxwood Topiary $52.00 + tax Sunday, Feb. 8^th, 1:00-3:30

Make a 32” loose, wild boxwood topiary in a stone pot. You may bring your own flowers if you would like floral accents in your creation.

Class #3: Low Arrangement $47.00 + tax Sunday, Feb. 15^th, 1:00-3:30

Create a low centerpiece, approximately 23”L x 13”W x 8”H. We will be using white peonies, yellow roses, blue larkspur, and green canella berries all tucked into lemonleaf, fern and angel vine.

Class#4: Pepperberry Wreath $38.00 + tax Saturday, Feb. 21^st, 1:00-3:30

Learn to wire an 18” vine & fern wreath, and then decorate with pink pepperberries.

Class #5: Santa Cruz Oregano Topiary $48.00 + tax Sunday, Feb. 22^nd, 1:00-3:30

We will make a loose, 25” tall oregano topiary in a classic terra cotta pot.

Class#6: Peony Wreath $37.00 + tax Saturday, Feb. 28^th, 1:00-3:30 Sold Out

Create a 16” wreath, filled with burgundy peonies, blue pepperberries and white rice flower all glued into a base of lemonleaf and fern.

Class#7: Spring/Summer Arrangement $41.00 + tax Saturday, Mar. 6^th, 1:00-3:30

Create an 11” square, spiky arrangement using ferns, pink peonies, pale purple larkspur and white Australian daisy tucked in a white “shabby chic” metal container.

Class #8: Larkspur Wreath $38.00 + tax Sunday, Mar. 7^th, 1:00-3:30

Learn to wire a 16” larkspur wreath in shades of pink, white, blue and purple.

Class #9: Twig Wreath $34.00 + tax Sunday, Mar. 14^th, 1:00-3:30

Learn how to wire a 28” twig wreath, beautiful for indoors or outdoors.

Class #10: European Topiary Arrangement $33.00 + tax Saturday, Mar. 20^th, 1:00-3:30

Create a 12” tall topiary-type arrangement using burgundy roses, snowballs, lavender, white grabia and hanging amaranthus.
