JARRADALE An Australian heirloom squash with smooth, shiny slate-blue skin and flattened heavily ribbed form are highly decorative. Golden yellow flesh is mildly sweet and considered to be one of the best for pie making. Believed to be a cross between 'Blue Hubbard' and 'Cinderella'. Good keeper.
