In mid February I visited
Olbrich Botanical Gardens in Madison and took some photographs of
their gardens in winter. I was struck by the subtle beauty of
seedpods and stems emerging out of the snow - reminders of the
spring to come.

You know it's winter when...
even the garden statuary has a runny nose!
