Menomonee Falls "Garden Mosaics"

Tour six gardens in the Menomonee Falls area ranging from a 2 1/2 acre property with rolling hills & dry creek bed surrounded by native perennials to a pink cottage garden featuring vintage garden art, to the home of Master Gardeners featuring winding walkways, a butterfly garden, and numerous perennial flower beds. Garden art crafted by Community League members, plus unique garden items by local artisans will be for sale on the day of the tour including a plant sale at Shady Lane Nursery.
Tickets are available at Purloin Art Gallery, Shady Lane Garden Center & Community League members. $8.00 prior to event, $10.00 day of tour.

Olbrich's 2016 Home Garden Tour features seven exceptional gardens in the established neighborhoods of Nakoma and Arbor Hills.
Front yard gardens with annuals, perennials, vegetables, and fruit trees spread color and fragrance through the neighborhood. Ligularia, hellebore, and hardy begonias weave together an exceptional Japanese maple collection in a backyard plant oasis. Walk across a footbridge banked with lush grasses and vibrant irises to a captivating Asian-inspired gazebo. Wander up a secluded wooded landscape wrapping around a mid-century modern home.
Talk with homeowners, landscape designers, Master Gardeners, and other Olbrich volunteers and get tips about incorporating various garden techniques in your own home landscape! -

Back by popular demand from a previous tour, this tour will again include the garden of Will Radler, the nationally renowned breeder of hybrid roses including the well-known 'Knockout' line of roses. Will has made extensive upgrades to his property since the last tour. It’s sure to impress even the most experienced gardener.
New this year… $2 of every ticket sold will go the Greenfield Public Library Fund.

All money from ticket sales go to the beautification of the Village of Shorewood. Proceeds are used to purchase flowers for pots in front of businesses and for boulevards, bushes, and trees.
